Gorakhpur Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University Teachers’ Union has strongly condemned the incident of subversion made by the chaotic elements at the residence of Chief Proctor Prof. Gopal Prasad. The Sangh has expressed its displeasure over the factoring of the incident of firing at the residence of Prakor, and also put the administration in the courtroom.

In the meeting, the Executive asked for strict action against the unauthorized elements of the university administration and the district administration while making an accusation of stone pelting by the chaotic elements at the residence of Chief Controller. It was said that according to the Chief Controller, several round firing was carried out by the chaotic elements during the stone pelting while the district administration was refusing to firing. The District Administration’s objection is to the teacher’s union executive.
It was demanded that the arrest of the marked chaotic elements will be taken within one week by the district administration, otherwise they will be forced to make strong decisions through the General Assembly. It was reported that the problem of power and water in the University campus, especially the Hirapuri Colony has remained lasting for some days, which should be resolved as soon as possible. The Teacher Sangh Executive demanded that all four tube wells which were closed by the university administration, which were earlier employed, should be rectified within 15 days. Apart from this, considering the electrical problem, the University administration should provide adequate capacity transfirmer, with the possibility of transfarmer burning even if load is increasing.
