Video cards are hard to find for reasonable prices. One of the best ways to get them at a steal is when you pre-order them on Amazon. I have seen pre-orders like this sell out quickly. GPUs don't have Spectre or Meltdown vulnerabilities like current CPUs. I don't like factory overclocked models but this beggar ain't gonna be picky.
MSI RX 560 AERO ITX 4G OC $129.99, in stock March 5, 2018
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B072J422CZ/
I don't know if it's the 16 or 14 CU version but a MSI RX 550 is going for $159.99 for comparison.
EVGA GTX 1050 Ti SC Gaming $169.99 for business accounts, in stock February 26, 2018
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01MF7EQJZ/
It costs $249.99 for non-business accounts. It doesn't cost anything to convert your Amazon account to a business account. The GTX 1050 Ti has more VRAM than the GTX 1060 3GB which costs at least $40 more.
Now I can play StarCraft at 500 FPS!
