Literally just now (after 10am) just got to the machine after well, just awkward sleeps, got to sleep early and was out for the count but I presume we had some like rain in the night and certainly this morning that straight woke me up, I have to look at the data but let’s call it patchy sleep for the sake of argument — never understood that phrase, because I never set up for an argument over the recalling of the sleeping facts :)

HEY, morning, it’s Sunday. You kinda nailed it when you said saturdays are a great lead up to sunday, I was downloading new versions of this and that, getting all my folder structure together and adding things into a brand new ‘amplify’ board (guess it’s kinda a mood board) for the things I wanted to do with that project from a year ago.

even thou hf20 and the account creation stuff did not work out like I thought it might it looks like I might be getting a few pointers and help how to actually use some of my RC to make accounts and then just wait for the recharge, don’t think I’ll be able to create the ten accounts a week thou — you need serious steem power for that to recharge in a timely manner.

I’m not gonna ask about last night because I already know you would have had a great time, laughing and with family (bro) that’s massively important to me that you spend that time together and I hope he had a great birthday — hope all is well on that score, I have no doubt that you will be sleeping like a baby this morning!

Super cool that you ‘allowed’ that ACV situation to work out, sometimes it can be easy to throw in the can and go back to old ways when it comes to things you’ve done ‘all your life’ so hats off to you for giving it a shot — I’m pretty sure when people say everything we need is in nature is true we just got lazy along the way and stopped interfacing with it in the right way.

You mentioned this whole thing about ‘working you out’ (OH!) in your post from yesterday — I actually think it was different for us this time around because we were both coming from a more mellow place of ‘change’ almost like the universe cleared the runways or galactic ports so we would be the last people to alight the transport as the ‘busy to get somewhere’ shuffled away.

It’s easy I think for one tough exterior to see through another one and be just like oh, I see, so this person here is this kinda person but you just put up a bunch of life defence, ok, well, let’s see how we can work that out between us — I think our start came from a pure determination for the RIGHT change and it’s served us from the start on that score.

No worries on the doggo chat, I mean play it how you want but don’t sacrifice your gut instinct over financials — it’s never worth it, even it if means going without, always something to be learned by not just being submissive to a demand that does not sit right with you, again, you have to be the one to make that decision I guess.

I’m missing my turmeric situation I have to say, you mentioned supplements and if there is one it’s certainly that — I’m seriously getting to the end of my ACV as well so I need to re-up on that again soon as well, I think that stuff does the best for me, it’s not always on the same day but certainly a day or so after I feel amazing —- just need to get the joint situation locked in as well.

Wow, it’s literally just been raining straight for like the last five hours, on the chart it’s gonna be 100% raining for the next two hours at least then dropping slightly but ultimately it’s pretty much gonna rain for the next seven hours straight too — with it from 6am to 9pm tomorrow — that’s a lotta damp ground, always something to be super aware off, few things I gotta make sure I get replaced soon going on these weather patterns of ‘extreme’ heat and same for wet — air conditioning situation on one hand and water protections on the other hand, already searching that prime! :)

Usual sunday for me thou and I managed to score some ‘chilled breakfast’ coffee from m&s the other day, it’s kinda weak (3) but it’s nice, smooth, does the job, I need a few cups of it to get me where I wanna be but when I’m there oh baby — it get’s the JOB DONE, gonna crack on and get into everything I know I’ve got a relatively open and free creative day today.

Don’t forget to wake up slowly today, plenty of waters, potter around, get to the machine when you feel like it, don’t panic, it’s only a sunday, we both have our health. Everything is all good ;)
