Goodmorning my dear. It’s later than I usually write you but I got carried away cleaning and then Dad came home and wanted to see the dealeeo with the phone then I had to show him the glitter bomb package the video and here we are. Heck, I haven’t even done yoga yet but I’m determined to get to it right after I write you (though I might post them in reverse order- I already have the template set up.) Anyway! Goodmorning! How are you feeling?
3 Things I’m Grateful For Today…

- another successful meal prep week! Yaya!
A lot of the rest of things are in motion so I feel like I can exhale a little bit, or rather just put my head down and focus on work rather than logistics which will be a welcome change of brain power. All things considered, things are going well, I just need to keep on top of getting enough sleep and taking care of myself so I’m not totally falling apart into the new year!
It’s always that balance right, keeping the systems up and running keeping the body happy, the “adulting” as you mentioned on the podcast today. All good, everything present and accounted for, except presents I guess. But we can take care of that in a couple weeks. I wish I could send something your way so you’d have something on “the day” but I’m just not bringing enough in from clients at the moment. I know we’ll get there. Time is all I want when it comes to you anyway. <3
In other news my back is doing better each day. I only took one pain pill early this AM and I’m on track to not take anything tomorrow. Keeping it steady with the yoga and taking it slow but I really think yoga had a lot to do with how fast I bounced back from this one. Not doing yoga while hurt obviously, but being in the midst of a regular practice when it happened…. There’s another 30 day challenge going up for January soon, and I really want to try to follow along if I can, I mean, after the solid week I spend in bed at the beginning of the month ;).
I think you’re pretty caught up on all things Dayleeo today my darling, I know we spoke for a lot of the day. Meal prep is done and I’ve got a solid work day ahead of me tomorrow which I’m really looking forward to. Friday more work and I want to attempt making the Babkas from scratch, which is going to be interesting because I don’t consider myself a baker by any means but I want to gift myself a little analog time making things for family in leiu of presents and “stuff”. We all called a cease fire on gifts but you know me. Extra. I had all the ingredients anyway and hey maybe it’ll make a nice blog post if it comes out!
