I do have power of attorney for my husband and under The Second Chance Act & Under 28 c.f.r. 542 please note;
In the light that my husband has been cleared by the FBOP and is still being refused release, I just thought it would be important to bring to your attention and put you and your company on notice :
that there have been death threats made against my husband by Don Shipley technically a "REAL x Navy SEAL's"
Moreover, being that there is sufficient evidence to show that not only did the Nevada Attorney General lie under oath on the record when she said NEVADA was "SORNA compliant" while receiving Federal grant funds, I am under the impression this would be considered a miss appropriation of FEDERAL funds. Quite the risk to go to in order to keep my husband locked up Non?
Now let me ask you this .... WHY are all these people going to all this trouble to ensure no one believes William Brockbrader and that he now remain incarcerated even though he was cleared for half way home on MARCH 12 2014?
In my husbands original conviction the rules of evidence were controlled not by a civilian court rather by a code of conduct like UCMJ definitions and Military J.A.G. where the accuracy of what transpired in reality between himself and the girl under Mormon religious upbringing and her sexual abuse at the hands of her uncle were not aloud to come forward to ensure accurate evidence to proceed with in judgment. MUCH like the case with the NEVADA AG in his current case.
William Brockbrader is a witness to events prior to the attack on the twin towers and his REPORTS through his chain of command of an imminent strike on US soil involving pilots prior to 9/11 I feel are important to every American and they fell on deaf ears.
Further more my husbands 1998 Toma Hawk diversion, and the international political event he caused were kept under wraps by way of J.A.G. and fisa court. The USA was at an Asymmetrical war and his 1998 conviction was a retaliatory measure used against him after he conscientiously objected to following orders on a "Double Striking" of children and innocent family's rushing in to rescue to provide as aid workers AS PER United Nations RULES OF engagement under the Geneva Convention. All this happened pre 9/11!?
Further more HOW is is possible that this Don Shiply a former Navy SEAL was able to get his hands on the Audio recording of my husbands testimony at his BAIL HEARING of the bomb damage assessment of the PENTAGON on 9/11 when my husband has been refused this audio himself?! How did Don Shipley get his hands on this audio when William was refused copy of this audio?
Who facilitated this for Mr. Shipley to use in combination with a video where he suggests my husband should be murdered while in jail.
Why is my husband being refused transfer to home detention based on my immigration status? I do not feel I am owing a debt to society other then the commitment to truth and JUSTNESS in action.
As I do have power of Attorney and signatory authority on these issues and seeing the Administrative Remedy Program, which allows an inmate to seek formal review of an issue relating to any aspect of his/her own confinement, is regulated under 28 C.F.R. 542. Any such request must be attempted informally, and both the formal and informal process must be completed within 20 calendar days of the incident
please see this as an informal request for investigation.
I trust William Brockbrader 14664-023 life will remain safe while in the FBOP custody, and until his safe transfer home.

Do you remember when Christine Gregoire was denighed a bunch of Federal funding money when she was told she was not falling in with SORNA compliant guidelines ? I think it was because she wanted to you know preserve the state rights. Well you see it takes people like my husband who have the passion for this country to stand and say there is something wrong here in Nevada. I know with the false stigma that sex offender = pedophile there is a lack of education on the real statistics on rape and SORNA's effectiveness.
I know this because I am survivor of Rape myself. I have seen both sides of the victim blaming and lack of communication and the detriment to the society form that.
This country is being destroyed by the removal of its constitutional rights allotted to all people.
If you take form one you take form all.
In truth it is going to take us all working together to ensure the tax payers monies are doing their job.
Well my husbands case will potentially show that Christine Gregoire should have gotten those Fed Grant Monies based on what happened in his trial.
I am sure someone is going to be happy with my husband in Washington State...
I think its Millions of dollars that will allow this state to ensure violent criminals are not lost in amongst the piles of non violent humans who are unconstitutionally expos facto being denied their first amendment and constitutional rights.
I hope this helps the healthy public policy of Washington State keep their people happy healthy and with their familys safe and secure. I am also hoping you can see I am working very hard not just for my husbands rights but for the state of Washington and its people.

Please do not have your associates from various parts of the country call my voice mail from this point on. Our relocation denial is final and our decision has been sent to the Bureau of Prisons. At this point, your husband does not meet the criteria for relocation approval here. I know Officer Williams spoke with you yesterday as well. Once your husband is eventually released, he can work with his assigned officer on his future plans.
