There is a separation of church and state, but it doesn't mean that we must disregard the teachings of the church because there is a supreme law of the land.
For me, it's not wrong to have a relationship with the same sex, but putting it to marriage and making it legal in the eyes of the law it would be very wrong.

Even if I will not base my arguments on the teachings of the church or in the bible, it is still not right to legalize same sex marriage here in the Philippines because our constitution itself prohibits it, the Family Code of the Philippines provides that marriage is a permanent union between man and a woman.
Maybe we can legalize same sex relationship, but not in the name of marriage. We can never legalize same sex marriage here in the Philippines unless if we amend or revised our fundamental laws.
