Just to set the record straight:

  1. Diverting 100% of American military, veteran, and foreign spending to HHS would increase the budget by approximately 1/3, from about $1.7T to around $2.5T. The idea that “war” could fund universal government healthcare is nonsense. Why don’t you say “I want to spend less on defense and more on healthcare?”

  2. If we’re connecting compensation with what you need instead of what you provide, why stop at what you need? What if you don’t provide enough to cover your “needs?”

  3. If we’re connecting housing costs with income instead of supply and demand, where will the housing come from?

  4. Who will regulate corporations without input from private sector experts?

  5. Your vote does count. It just doesn’t count more than anyone else’s. Pretending American elections are rigged is MAGA-level stupidity.

  6. You just said you don’t earn enough to cover your basic needs, and that you want them to pay for universal healthcare, “living” wages, and uncapped housing subsidies. What’s left? I’m betting you’re also committed to free college for all, decarbonization, and massive new infrastructure programs. What’s left? Just say “everything.” It’s fine.

The record is straight.

Everything you’re saying is purely rooted in the idea that everything is free.

There’s nothing else to it.
