Hello fellow steemian's his your boy Sculboi1900, today I want all of us in the house to contribute and motivate one another because for those that have already paved way seems not to encourage the new steemian's.
For the new or fresh steemian's there some factors that are needed in us which could probably make us ascertain greatness, which we shall be looking into one after the other.
1)dedication
To achieve is to be dedicated most of us only heard about this platform and come in to make some penny, which is true you earn as you're upvoted but there aibt zeal for enhancing our writing skills.
When we're dedicated to come up with good right up and talk about something worthy of reading you shall earn more than your target.
2)discipline
Some of the new member of steemit are lazy and not self determine probably due to disappointment or challenge in upvoting but to reach ascertain height there must be a self discipline and habit of not giving up on desire.
The more you keep doing the better chance of gaining audience, the more you keep contributing everyday, the little you got from posting multiplied and become something and stand you a better chance to know how to put words together and better right up and as Wayne Grestsky said "you miss every shot you don't take".
- love in what you do
There is an adage that says" what worth doing is what doing well" for the love of what you're doing you feel excited in doing more and become better self.
The new steemian's should develop love for writing, so that whenever they come up with something to post it would come from the depth of your earth not for the desire of money.
- see yourself as the president
When you see yourself as the president of your own, imagine that you're going to take your company public on the stock market or would you describe your company as one that has levelled in the market place.
This attribute will always make's you think wild and go further in writing something very positive and meaningful which will earn you more dollar to your wallet without begging for upvote.
- eliminating negative emotions
The common denomination of people is the desire to be happy. When you always have these thinking that whatever you give on this circle will not be appreciated because you're new makes you fill your dream,emotionally,mentally and degrading your abilities. Always look yourself as someone that can contribute newthing that have never been done before,then you shall excel.
