It’s been three days since I’ve set the intention of getting back into the Buddha mode, “the zone”, a state of pure inspiration. I see progress!

I feel a distinct change in my overall state of being, although it still wagers easily. I’m focusing mostly on creating a habit of thinking about this. Some might call it mindfulness. I haven’t studied the concept of mindfulness much but it does sound wuite similar. The main difference from what I know of mindfulness is the focus on the inter connectivity of all things.
Redirect my focus away from my thoughts and on to the effortlessness of “just being”
Recognize this pure beingness as my self, not the mental chatter
Bring my attention back to the earch for this pure beingness in everything around me
Realize that we are all one and sit on that for a while.
Bliss can come quickly or it can take time, but it always seems to come.
Everything else is melts away, I am pulled back into the present moment where I can see everything with more clarity. The ego has nothing left to fuel it’s fire.
Pure bliss is a superpower we all have, it just takes a bit of practice and focus.

Staying in the present, now, is very crucial for living your life to the max. It is the only place where you have any power. And getting stuck in the future or the past not only takes you away from the now, you are also in more danger of hurting yourself, as you are not being fully aware.

Definitely agree that we are all on! You can almost proof it - if your in the flow with everything youll have one of this "felix felicis"-Days than you giving positive signs out and recieve them! Like giving a nice waitress a tip, which makes both of you happy, walking out the restaurant you drop your wallet and because you are in the state of the flow, somebody nice sees that and stops you :)
Just like the difference: your comlaining the whole time, shouting at bad cardrivers and at last in your freetime your chef is waiting with an angry call - this is when you give negatives energy in the system and it comes back at you :)
Treat like you want to be treatened :)

i think I may have a bad habit of thinking I’m in the flow when I’m not and taking some not so positive signs as positive signs though. I go in and out of this state far too easily sometimes that I don’t always know if I’m in it or not!

How quaint, felt the need yesterday to get back out of overidentification and into the state of mind of fluidity. Bliss as basis is something I had experienced, but the longer I get to play in my PERSON'S role the more I believe the illusion again and bliss of everything becomes but a faint memory.
Normally I do listen to Watts to get me back to center, however yesterday I went for the Tao Te Ching and found an excellent audio book. I can still feel today how it has shattered the ego attempts to display himself as king and ruler of my life. And I will definitely go and listen again. It gave me more than I had expected:
Book starts at 10:37, however I am happy I didn't rush it.
