To say they don’t play fair would be an understatement.

Comprised of avowed socialists, an unelected cabal who clearly feel that their end. . .using whatever methods both legal and Illegal justifies their means.

He believes it’s impossible to get fired if you’re a federal employee.

The State Department, a state within a state operating and taking actions as if they make their own rules, or at least operate under a completely set of rules than law abiding American Citizens like you and me.

So has anyone else noticed many of these people feel civil servant means others are catering to them? Sort of a sense of entitlement or they are superior in their rights to protection. The same things that are off limits for them so to speak are Not off limits for You.

Karaffa states,

"I don’t know, I mean, I look at it this way, so now that the administration cut my program that I was on, it was cool, it was data analytics program, we were modernized, democratized, shined sunlight in places where it should be. . .and they cut it.

And now I’m just straight like 8:30 to 5:00.

So it gives me so much more time and emotional bandwidth to do all of this (Democratic Socialists of America) stuff."

Do you suppose that’s how his organizers and superiors sold the “join our team to proselytize to him, and now he helps spread this message to other viable converts?

He then goes on to tell these reporters how he uses his time at work to resist all while being Payed by the Federal Government, I.e. You and Me!

Then someone asks,

“So it’s like I’m gonna do DSA work at work?

He responds,

“yea, pretty much!”

Then another person asks him,

“You can do DSA?”

He responds,

“Oh yeah, I mean I do and I’m careful about it, I don’t leave a paper trail, like I leave e-mails, and like any press S*** that comes up I leave that until after 5:30, but as soon as 5:31 hits, got my like draft messages ready to send out.

I’m sure he will be able to keep his job on the technicality that he waits until after work to disseminate DSA related emails. Never mind the fact he was researching and creating them During work hours.

The journalist verifies by asking,

“You got the work done already (DSA), you just got to press Send now right?”

Stuart Karaffa then responds,

“Who’s to say? What is public record in this world?
I don’t know, I mean maybe, yeah.
Maybe someday I’ll go to Board of Elections jail, probably not!"

A journalist asks him,

“You guys have cameras like on your cubicles?”

Karaffa states,

“No, but like I mean you can get. . .you can put two and two together probably. Like with Web Traffic.”

You don’t say Karaffa! Didn’t you say previously (which would have been the Obama era) you were working on data analytics then that all stopped? Wonder why? I'm pretty show most of us Know Why.

There is a connection to DC and analytics companies that gather data and the Obama era.

Karaffa goes on to reveal,

“So with like Web Traffic. I mean I could make the case before like a court of law that, I’m going to the Virginia sort of, campaign finance website.
That I’m just interested in what people are doing politically.

But if they also go and look at like DSA minutes and like officer positions, they’ll be like, that’s weird, you were the co-chair of the Electoral Caucus.”
And you spent 3 hours on a Virginia Campaign Website."

Nice try Karaffa. You just admitted what you did and your intent to deceive!

Then the journalists asks,

“So then how do you do it though? How would you do it?”

Karaffa,

“I have nothing to lose, it’s impossible to fire Federal Employees. I don’t know!”

Apparently these employees are well aware of the lack of civil service reform (clearly purposeful by the orchestrators and manipulators) as this is a loop hole to attempt to thwart the will of the people!

O’Keefe speaks to Richard Manning who has been working on this government reform and oversight issue for years.

Manning states,

“The civil service system is broken. Everybody knows it, Congress knows it, they need to do something about it. It Needs to be Reformed!

We see a simple situation where last year (2016) out of 2 million federal employees, 0.53% were fired.
That means 99.5% of the Federal Employees were Not Fired in that time period."

He points out that in the private sector, the number of firings is dramatically higher.

O’Keefe asks about the federal unions that protect him and the tax payers footing the bill.

Manning verifies that,

“Tax payers Are funding these federal unions.”

So basically protecting these people Even When they break the law.

They sure do get us coming and going don’t they? I would say that is a definite Win, Win for them!

Manning states,

"$177 million dollars worth for salaries, rents, travel, it’s Obscene, and yet Congress allows that to occur also.”

Now why would they allow this?

Does it benefit them somehow? Does it help those in Congress also establish a foothold?
Help them protect an agenda perhaps?

The journalist asks him if his supervisor knows about this?

Karaffa,

“She’s-Nobody knows!”

He lays out just How he gets away with subverting the rules even though he is required to file paperwork each year like Ethics and Financial Disclosure forms.

These forms are supposed to be a protection against conflicts of interest.

As you will see. . .there is a loophole for that too!

Karaffa continues,

"No one knows, but the Best part about it is there’s this Ethics form I have to submit every year for the government because I’m like a contracting person.

And on the contracting form I put like all of my officer positions on it, and somebody just rubber stamps it and it goes forward."

The journalist then asks,

“What does that mean? I’m sorry, like how you put all the. . .”

Karaffa,

“So, it’s a financial disclosure form, so if you’re involved in government contracts, you have to disclose the organizations that you’re like, if you’re on a board, or you’re a financial officer.

I’m the treasurer of my neighborhood commission, so I have to disclose that.

And so, that ’s like if there’s any f***** up contract stuff that happens in the government, they’re like, oh that’s a f***** up contract thing that happened.

When you’re on the board of this nonprofit and all of a sudden they get a $300 million contract and they have 3 employees.

But I can disclose all of my other stuff and the guy rubber stamping it is just kind of like, ehhh, I don’t know if he’s all there. He’s so checked out and he’s looking at this stuff.

He’s just like, yeah whatever, just boom go! And so now I can go back and be like, you know the ethics officer, he was aware of what I was doing, so. . "

Basically as O’Keefe points out, the people who are supposed to be watching don’t seem to care!

So clearly No Accountability Whatsoever! Who do you suppose they Learned this from?

Who set the precedent? Which presidents?

When you’re honest, presidents on both sides of the coin have been involved in No Accountability or shrugging their shoulders, knowing full well they were protected in their illegal dealings and connections!

O’Keefe speaks with a senior investigator at Judicial Watch who has been instrumental in demanding these corruptors take responsibility.

He states that,

“these forms were designed specifically to hold government employees accountable.”

He points out that his supervisor isn’t holding this employee accountable for the contents on the form and enforcing the rules, “then it serves no purpose other than to provide cover for the employees nefarious activities while he’s on government time.”

I ask you, does your employer, your business and you, yourself as a small business get paid to do whatever you feel like political or otherwise on the clock? If so, you know it is generally happening without your superior’s knowledge and you are fully aware that you are taking a risk!

O’Keefe asks,

“what can be done to reform the system?”

Marshall states,

“Government employees Need to Do Their Jobs, His supervisor needs to do His job and examine that form!”

Karaffa does indeed seem proud and boastful about his DSA ideology and activities he furthers during tax paid government time.

He states,

“Resist everything! Every level. F*** S*** Up!”

At the same time these journalists were meeting with Kaffara, a memo was posted on the DC DSA website. Warning it’s Members of Project Veritas and other infiltrators.

After all was said and done and the DSC of DC began ghosting their public profiles when they found out they would be featured.

I have to say, well of course they did!

Internal emails and their slack channels urged members who worked for the federal government to lock down all social media accounts and activate two factor authorization on all important accounts.
