Defective Smart Lte Wifi

The Smart have a new promo that you can swap your old non Lte pocket wifi to their newest Lte pocket wifi just add 750 pesos and it will be yours. Last Monday,April 16 to be exact. I tried to swap my pocket wifi. I am very satisfied to the internet speed but in sixth day suddenly it turned off and when I tried it to turn on it only shows the smart logo. My mother and I decided to go at the Smart store at Sm Calamba today April 23, this is the seventh day but the Smart Customer service didn't replace it because they say it was over the seven days of replacement. So I said "How about the one year warranty of this device" they said I need to go at Festival mall in Alabang to fix my pocket wifi. Alabang is too far at Los baños. I also asked if I can leave the device in them and they will sent it to Alabang to fix that but they say only the post paid devices can only leave them. And I leave the store with disappointment to the Smart. I feel very stress because I waste time and money expecting a better connection but in the end it was useless because of defective Lte wifi. 😢1524488696013.jpg
