这个菜真的是懒人福音哈哈哈哈!就是腌制好放电饭煲里按煮饭键就可以!软烂入味,撕开蘸满汤汁真的巨好吃

准备食材:2个鸡全腿、大葱、蒜粒、姜片
(1)鸡腿泡清水里一个小时去除血水,加两勺红糖、三勺料酒、四勺生抽、一勺老抽、两勺蚝油、半勺盐和白胡椒粉,抓匀腌制40分钟
(2)电饭锅喷一点油,锅底放入葱姜蒜和鸡腿,再倒入刚刚腌鸡腿的料汁,电饭锅盖盖按煮饭键煮熟即可用手把鸡腿肉撕下来浇上汁更好吃
没有鸡全腿可以换成6个左右的琵琶腿,不用额外加水,食材本身就有挺多水份的煮好了都是汤汁
