Nooklopia is the delusion that an individual's thoughts are being pulled, interrupted, or even sucked out of the brain by another person or force. Maybe a type of delusions of control.

Nooklopia is rarely discussed in the literature perhaps due to its existence and credibility.

Delusions of control are the false belief that another person or external force controls an individual's thoughts, feelings, impulses, and even behavior. This delusional theme is usually associated with control, a strong urge to act or behave in a way that is related to certain orders but is more directed towards other dangerous actions that can harm individuals and even other people, including self-mutilation behavior such as self-amputation, self-enucleation, self-castration, and other similar destructive behaviors with their intensity of each damage.

Meanwhile, nooklopia may be accompanied by strong obsessions and more massive interruptions, in the sense of complete disruption and impairment. Delusional content cannot be separated from sexuality, religiosity and related aspects.

Delusions of control are not independent delusions and it is contents tends to be narrative. Although it is also found in normal individuals, it is more common in sufferers of certain mental disorders such as schizophrenia, certain personality disorders, etc.
