The politics surrounding government schooling is really a conspiracy to groom more Democrats.

I'm actually going to put a conspiracy theory forward. I'm usually the guy who takes pride in debunking conspiracies. I could spend hours joyfully debunking Moon landing conspiracy theories. Still, this is sticking out to me as something that I think is more than plausibly true.

Now, most people don't go full Ana Kasparian when it comes to policy in regard to schools; but, she did say in no uncertain terms that she would support banning private schools. Even the people who won't actually say that they want to ban private schools do everything that they can to make alternatives to government schools unreachable for the majority of people.

Although, yes, there are Republicans who have spoken out in opposition to voucher programs, it's undeniable that the majority of the opposition to school choice comes from Democrats. So, the people who are supposed to be supportive of poor people are the same people who are passionately opposed to a policy change that would help poor people.

So, why?

Well, let's look at a few facts.

Teacher's unions actually spend more money supporting Democratic campaigns and supporting Democratic policies than they spend on their own members. There's a clear bias there.

The rhetoric that's regularly thrown around about not putting public money into private institutions is dismissed with two seconds of critical thought. Tax money is provided by tax payers. All they're saying is that you should be forced by law to give your money to them and you should be barred from having a say in how it's used.

There's astronomically more concern about the fake "don't say gay" bill than there is about Loudoun county literally covering up rapes that happened on school grounds.

Terry McAuliffe's position that parents shouldn't have a say in curriculum is widely embraced by Democrats.

The current Democratic administration was ready to respond with alacrity to label parents in Loudon County "domestic terrorists."

There seems to be no substantive backlash from Democrats against school boards barring parents from meetings and dictating what issues are allowed to be talked about. In Loudoun county, if the board doesn't want on-campus rape to be talked about, it's not on the agenda and nobody is allowed to talk about it. Show me a Democrat who has spoken out against that.

They keep claiming that they're not teaching critical race theory in schools while criticizing anybody who raises concerns about CRT. While it's true that they're not assigning the works of Kimberlé Crenshaw in K-12, they're playing a game of semantics. As Andrew Sullivan pointed out, we're not teaching CRT so much as we're teaching in CRT. Fifth graders are being assigned "privilege charts."

My own niece and nephew have already been talking about identifying as trans is the trendy thing at school.

So, I think it's pretty clear that the politics surrounding government schooling is really a conspiracy to groom more Democrats.

Even back when I was in school I was taught lies about FDR saving us from the Great Depression and other bullshit. Now, people are becoming more transparent about they're desires to force children into government education for thirty hours a week and cut the parents out of what the kids are being told while doing everything that they can to remove alternatives.
