In a criminal case against members of the political parties accused of the anticonstitutional activity, corruption, fraud, unjust enrichment, and other tortious acts {1}, I inform the Belgian Federal Police and local administrations about International Arrest Warrant issued on 8.03.2019 {2}, and apply for legal assistance in order to arrest and to prosecute Ursula von der Leyen, who shall be arrested everywhere in the world on the first occasion, and detained in the penitentiary of the place of the arrest until further instructions will be given to direct her to the court responsible for trial and sentencing.
As stated before {3}, I am entitled to take all legal measures in the fulfillment of my duties and in accordance with the Nuremberg principles and provisions of the Constitution of the community Rus‘ and Berliner Verfassung. Please don‘t hesitate to contact me, should it be required to proceed.
