Postgraduate Dental Education

There are now 600 dental graduates a year. Yet the government offers only 45 scholarships a year for specialist training - only 2 overseas and the rest in Malaysia. This is worrying. The government should offer at least 300 scholarships for postgraduate dental specialists a year. 45 is a pittance, especially compared to medicine which gets 1,000 PG scholarships a year. What do you think?
