"Goin Postal" Plushy Bear

Going Postal use to be a funny term.... until now when people are actually getting aligned with terrorist organizations and shooting up random public places. Now it's not so funny. Far to often people confuse the vastly different types of depression with being wildly psychotic. It's frustrating when you want to help someone who's clearly having some mental heath problems, but the stigma has gotten so bad for people with mental health issues that they are terrified to be labeled as "CRAZY".

The truth is most people suffering from depression only have a mild onset depression caused by difficult life events, or stress. It's usually something that can be helped without medication, and many people suffer unnecessarily. It really breaks my heart that so many people find themselves trapped in a state of immobility emotionally because they are afraid of being judged.

If you've ever gotten wildly upset with everyone around you and found yourself screaming like a banshee almost daily, stayed in your house for a week straight eating junk food watching Netflix while intermittently crying about your life, or gone to the movies alone just so you could cry in the dark...about going to the movies alone, or if you've simply found yourself laughing with everyone while feeling miserable sad and lonely inside, then you probably have also found yourself deeply questioning your own sanity. Honestly YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and in most cases it's just mild depression, but that doesn't mean it's not worth getting some help. Making sure you don't need medication, and doing WHATEVER it takes to feel better. Don't abandon searching out peace and joy because your afraid of what people may think or say about you.

There is a 99.999% chance you are not going postal like our postal plushy bear loved one. You just need a little help to see your way through the fog of the funk your in, and I promise help is all around you.....
