Loneliness is a common occurrence, especially when we become older. Having a lot of old friends in school and other places may seem to be fun at the start of your high school years, but then you just get too tired of being around them. And it can become even more depressing because you can't do anything about it. When you are unable to hold on to your childhood friends, loneliness is just one of the many side effects.

When loneliness continues to run in the lives of lonely people, they may start to worry and think that everything is going wrong with them and that they're not good enough for someone else. They fear that they may be rejected by other people. They will be unable to talk to others, they will avoid social interaction and sometimes, they will withdraw from society.


Your body will experience pain when you are lonely and there are no people around. Loneliness and depression are the two most important symptoms of Aphasia.
Loneliness and isolation and loneliness are a part of every day life and everyone experiences these feelings but it doesn't mean that you can't live a happy life. There are things you can do to cope with your loneliness and to overcome your isolation and loneliness.
