Venezuelan dish. Cachapas (breakfast)
Ingredients:

2 kilos jojoto dulce (corn or sweetcorn)
8 teaspoons sugar
2 eggs
Water
Steps:
Grind corn
add water, sugar and eggs. Mix well everything
Heat a budare "iron plate" with oil and add the mixture forming a thin circle. Doral both sides.cachapa.jpg
