"Time Is Steem" Free 3D illustration Contribution !

Hi all Steemians,
Hope you are enjoying this awesome weekend. This is a 3D illustration I made today when I thought about the saying; " time is money". I would like to change the saying to " Time Is Steem" this is because steem is not all about money, it is away to spend your time in a way doing something you love while also making money, it's an awesome way to spend time if you ask me :) Just do what you enjoy and the money trickles into your account.

Below are the steps of how I made this illustration in 3D. First I create a cross so I can find the middle of the object, also by making a cross I only have to make one fourth of the object, and then I simple mirror it.

I make the top part and the side pin. Then I make the actual hour glass shape.
I create a little thickness of the glass by choosing offset curve.

After this step I revolve the top bottom and hour glass 370 degrees.

I also revolve the side pin in the same manner.

Just transform and mirror the pin to the other side as well.

Through the text demand I add the dollar sign.

I copy and paste the dollar signs so it looks like they are trickling down through the hour glass.

I then add the steem logo which I have made in earlier posts and fill it in the bottom part.

Now you can see the perspective view of the work.

After this I put the model in the rendering program to attach materials to the 3d surfaces. After trying to make the steem logo in many copies like the dollar it didn't visually stand out, so I changed and made one bigger steemit sign at the bottom.
