For me I was slowly decrease the number of cups per day, then once in 2-3 days, one in a week and then I started to feel that I am more alive without a coffee at all :)

I even had headache if didn't drink a cup of black coffee when I wake up. Terrible.
Now I also try to lower the times and also the ratio of water:instant coffee, hope it will go back to the right track and being a coffee taste lover only, not a addicted one :)

I'm really trying to lower my caffeine consumption atm, but this one looks so lit! Would definitely put 'Mr. Viet' coffee to my 'buy' list! I think it can also go as a nice present. Thank you, Agnes! I am still testing differend video recording applications. The main thing is when I record all the process is get's too slow because of the CPU and GPU heavy load. But I am still searching... Maybe I will do next work on iPad with Procreate. It will be recorded automatically.
