Tarot / Sigil Arcanum SPECTRUMsteemCreated with Sketch.

Hello once again! I am back with an update on my tarot deck, the Sigil Arcanum. A friend of mine has ordered a custom version of the deck, with colored images to represent the elements. The minors will be crimson, sky grey, navy blue, and forest green (Wands, Swords, Cups, Coins). Since this deck is alchemical in theme, I've decided to use the elements instead of the traditional suits, and I've created pips for each of the Minor Arcana to keep the deck simple.

The majors in the SPECTRUM deck will be a different story altogether. You'll just have to wait and find out.

P.S. I don't know why my posts are stuck on Power up, I keep forgetting to turn that off, I only wanted to use it on one post and now it keeps defaulting to power up...

Very cool. I love the idea of using some of the most basic symbols on the Tarot instead of the more elaborate images. I like both, but for learning purposes and to allow for certain mental work, the basic symbols is useful. I have made my own handmade decks in that way. This one you're showing here is very nice. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! I'm hoping people like to read with it. It's a different experience because each card doesn't exactly spell it out for you.

That's one of the things I like about it. You aren't spoon fed an answer. You have to know the symbolism of 2 and of elemental Fire and figure out how it relates to the question. I don't like elaborate images on the Minor Arcana and find them to be distracting and not even accurate most of the time.

That crimson is bold. I like it.

I have been meaning to power my posts up 100% lately and keep forgetting. Maybe we switch roles today. lol

To analyze tarot cards, you need to know the meaning of each card in upright and inverted form. You also need to learn to feel what the tarot cards are telling you.
