Fabrics, embroidery and designs - Logo "The Challenge of Growth"

I started my week with new works I will be showing you how some of them are carried out, among these is the logo of El Desafío de Crecer, composed of 3 colors and different typographical sources that must be transformed to thread in our Wilcom program, but This time it will be embroidered on the large 2-head ZGM machine, which I still learn to use.

1.- We are going to transform to thread this logo in the program Wilcom, beginning with the heart with a tool that only works with plumetis stitch, since this part is conformed by lines, thicker parts and other finer ones.

2.- The word grow is vectorized, this font is not common and it is preferable to work with the vector tool and border the first three letters, since the others can be copied and pasted and placed on the corresponding letter.

3.- Lastly, the text tool is used to write the word Defy and the c.a. that do carry a common letter similar to the arial, it adapts to size and our embroidery design would be ready.

Now direct to Bordar the white shirts of our client, we take the 3 cones of futsia thread, turquoise blue and black, to thread in the ZGM machine.

The frames should be placed so that the logo is well placed on the left side and above.

This machine is sensational, it is fast and it makes up to two embroideries at the same time and allows you a wider performance capacity compared to the Brother PE-770 machine that you have been learning for about two years.

Now it will be a challenge for me to start working with this machine, but for the time being it is becoming my base of fixed work, it was time to grow for me too, surely we will do it together.
