Fabrics, embroidery and designs - Truck Design

Hello friends! I hope you are in good health, these days I had been very bad internet service where I live, but here I am again to tell you about a design that I had to do from a shirt embroidered and not from jpg, come with me and know what I had to to make it as close as possible and the client will be happy with the work.

This design is from embroidery and I have to take a picture to analyze how we can make the design of the embroidery in wilcom, but I could not see the details of the truck and so that it can have shape to transform into embroidery we should preferably start with a jpg image . so that it can be clearly seen to take it to the Photoshop design program where I have a vector, preferably Illustrator or Corel Draw should be used but now I do not have an Illustrator installed on my computer and Corel Draw I do not like to use it and as it is not an end of I can design advertising in the program with which I work more comfortable.

When we see the image we will start with the background, all the black part and above we will place the details with the predetermined figures and the vector of the program to make everything as simple and as similar as possible.

Parts that can not be appreciated well as the spotlights and the wheels seemed better to copy it from a vector truck of the web to help have better shape when transforming into thread with wilcom.

Ready to proceed to the Wilcom program!

We begin by vectorizing the white part, looking at each detail and directions of thread so that it is as similar as possible, there are two types of stitches, tatami that is used for thick parts and plumetis for thin or small parts, here we use both.

Must be aware of the inputs and outputs of the parts, to avoid thread confusion, less effort for the machine, the amount of yarn used decreases in this way it becomes easy to clean the embroidery.

After making the truck now we go to the textual part, with the text tool of the program, marked with a letter A, we write what corresponds to the logo with its respective sizes, as similar as possible and we give the G key to transform into thread.

So we complete our logo, the truck and its text each letter to the corresponding size so that it is as similar as possible.

Having transformed into thread our logo we will proceed to embroider in the Brother PE-770, are some pieces that surprised me the fabric, I thought that they were shirts as the sample that they left me, these are not some flannels of maya for sport, apparently is a team of some sport of that company, maybe I thought football.

To locate the embroidery we will use the frame and place it between the line of the armpit towards the chest and should be in the middle and a little to the left or towards the center (half of the flannel), being well tempered the fabric to avoid inconveniences with the machine.

It is placed in the embroidery machine and we begin to embroider, the color black, then white, again black and finally red.

So we embroider 13 sports shirts for this transport company.
