Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 slices of whole bread
- 2 banana sliced or kneaded
- Cinnamon to taste
- Chia
Method of preparation:
Dip the peanut butter into the bread and stuff it with the banana. Close the sandwich well and the gilt in a frying pan, chia to taste.

Elvis Pressley, use to like this but added one more process, the sandwich had to be skillet fried on both sides in butter
