Nobody said detoxification would be easy..
I have several messages from individuals who have been “detoxifying “ or on a “fruit diet” for extended periods of time, but they don’t seem to be getting well & cannot understand why...
Upon further investigation, by asking questions , I uncover that the majority are eating other foods, aside from fruits & raw foods almost daily, if not every third day... foods such as vegan pizzas or pastas, etc...
The body cannot detoxify & heal if other foods aside from fruits, are being introduced into the body...
Detoxification takes dedication... it’s not an easy task, especially when everyone surrounding you is living & eating in a completely opposite way...
What is detoxification?
The body will enter into detoxification mode (eliminating toxins from within) when the digestive receives a break, and you are no longer introducing ANY foods which leave residues, create a mucus response, or create an acidic condition within...
The reason we can eat fruits during our detoxification & healing periods is because fruits digest quickly (faster than any other food on the planet), they hydrate, they cleanse, & they do not create obstructions, mucus or acids - in fact, they have an alkaline ash residue within, which helps to counteract the acidic conditions that most of us deal with...
What I am getting at here, is that detoxification takes strength, determination, willpower, focus, etc... it’s not always an easy task, during detoxification we feel great one minute, & terrible the next... we crave, we get emotional, angry, we want what we can’t have & our minds will play tricks on us, as the fungus (candida) & parasites wish to survive ...
Unfortunately, detoxification is the only path that addresses the root cause of our internal / disease issues, there are no quick fixes, and there is nothing that you can take that will counteract the toxicity within that continues to burden & wreak havoc on your health until it’s eliminated ...
Detoxification is not easy, & cheating regularly with other foods will set you back, & hinder the process...
if you truly have health issues that you wish to heal, we must get serious & gather up the willpower & strength to see a lengthy duration on fruits only through...
if you are ready & prepared, one can speed up the process through water fasting or intermittent fasting , but other than that, there’s no way of getting around it, other than putting in the work...
I am there with you, today is day 5 of my apple cleanse... everyone around me is eating cooked vegan foods & those tempting avocados...
I write this not only for you, but for myself...
Gather up the strength, see it through, realize you can eat other foods again if you want, after you’ve healed further...
It’s up to you, to get yourself well...
I feel blessed to finally know the truth & to no longer be swimming in a world of pain, misinformation , vitamins, minerals, pharmaceuticals, unnecessary surgery’s & procedures , allopathic or naturopathic doctors & wrong dietary advice...
“Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels” And Possessing the truth, while having the strength to apply it and live it, will eventually yield the results you desire!!
