Lazy Sunday afternoon - es stürmt!

Hallo liebe Community,

draußen ist es super ungemütlich. Es stürmt gewaltig und die Abiplakate von der Schule gegenüber fliegen umher.

Gestern waren wir zum Essen bei meinem Bruder eingeladen. Es gab einen Riesentopf Chili con carne,
mit viel frischem Paprika und verschiedenen Bohnensorten.
Vorneweg gab es Salate und hausgemachte Knoblauchbutter, dazu frisches Baguette.
Das Chili schmeckte super und war schön scharf.

Zum Nachtisch gab es einen leckeren und sehr fluffigen Schmandkuchen, dazu Kaffee oder Espresso.
Oh, das war lecker!

Bei uns gibt es heute Reste vom Chili und vorher Rucolasalat mit Tomaten und reichlich Gemüsezwiebeln.
Das Dressing, Olivenöl, Crema di Balsamico, Pfeffer und Salz gebe ich einfach über den auf einem großen Teller verteilten Salat.

    Das Essen sieht wirklich sehr lecker aus.
    Mit solchen Köstlichkeiten kann man problemlos
    jeden Sturm überstehen.

          So einen Teller Chili tät ich jetzt auch nehmen. Aber ich muß wohl doch selbst kochen. ;)
          Auch uns hat der Sturm seit gestern gut im Griff.

          P.S.: Crema Balsamico ist was feines, ich möchte nicht mehr darauf verzichten.

                                hallo Alexa, das Chili con carne sieht bei mir genau so aus, muß ich mal wieder kochen. Mit einem Gemisch aus Kidney und weißen Bohnen, Parika, Tomaten und mt einer angenehmen Schärfe, nicht daß einem die Kopfhaut juckt.

                                    Hatte das gleiche Essen, allerdings aus der Dose! Singlehaushalt eben. Euer Chilli ... sieht jedoch weitaus appetitlicher aus.
