Den großen zentralen Uploadfilter für ganz Europa soll ja Springer betreiben. Wie technisch ausgeklügelt das Ganze sein wird ist schwer abzuschätzen. Ggf. reicht schon ein VPN-Tunnel, der in ein nicht EU-Land tunnelt...
