[DE]Alte Liebe Dachau
Was ein Tag!!!! Ich habe eine neue Erkenntnis gewonnen und wahrscheinlich eine neue Liebe für mich entdeckt. Unser Chef lud uns ein zum Betriebsausflug in die Alte Liebe nach Dachau, zum Einen zum Essen, zum Anderen ging es ums Bogenschießen.
Intuitives Bogenschießen, ohne Zielfernrohr, nur Pfeil und Bogen. Ich war begeistert! Man lernt dadurch eine innere Ruhe kennen, sich selbst zu finden und zu fokussieren.
Eine Mischung die Körper und Geist defenitiv fordert und nach 8 h bin ich hin und weg und kann noch gar nicht in Worte fassen was da mit mir passierte.
Es ging auf jedenfall damit los, das Gerät zu erforschen. Die ersten Versuche gingen noch ziemlich ins Leere. Irgendwann kam dann aber der Punkt in dem das Bauchgefühl überhand gewann und ich für mich merkte wie ich mich immer mehr von meinen Gedanken lösen konnte. Der Druck entfiel, die Körperspannung war eine ganz andere, ich fühlte mich frei. Das Ziel ist in den Gedanken ganz weit weg verschwunden und siehe da, mit jedem Versuch wurden die Pfeile immer besser.
Mein persönlicher Erfolg war dann nach 7 h das Treffen von 2 Luftballons mit 2 Pfeilen aus 30 Meter Entfernung.
Naja kurz um ein genialer Tag.
Nun aber mal zum Essen. Nach ungefähr 4 h haben wir dann eine Mittagspause eingelegt und sind dann in die Alte Liebe eingekehrt. Dort gönnte ich mir erst einmal ein leckeres Radler und eine halbe Ente mit Blaukraut. Ich sag euch, es war dermaßen lecker.
Mal kurz was zur Alten Liebe. Das Restaurant ist im Jahre 1893 mit dem Sportverein dort gegründet wurden und hat bis heute bestand. Die Güte mit der dort die Lebensmittel zubereitet werden sucht wirklich seines gleichen. Regionale Bayerische Küche wird geboten.
Sehr schön ist auch der Außenbereich des Restaurant mit einem großzügigen und gemütlichen Biergarten.

So nun werde ich aber erstmal weiter versuchen das was ich heute erlebt habe zu verarbeiten.

What a day!!!! I have gained a new insight and probably discovered a new love for myself. Our boss invited us to a company outing to the Alte Liebe in Dachau, to eat on the one hand and to archery on the other.
Intuitive archery, without scope, only bow and arrow. I was thrilled! One gets to know an inner peace, to find oneself and to focus.
A mixture that defenitely challenges body and mind and after 8 hours I am there and away and cannot even put into words what happened to me.
In any case I started to explore the device. The first attempts were still quite empty. At some point, however, the point came in which the gut feeling gained the upper hand and I noticed for myself how I could detach myself more and more from my thoughts. The pressure was gone, the body tension was completely different, I felt free. The goal disappeared far away in my thoughts and with every attempt the arrows got better and better.
My personal success was then after 7 h the meeting of 2 balloons with 2 arrows from 30 meters distance.
Well shortly around an ingenious day.
Now however times to the meal. After about 4 hours we had a lunch break and went back to the old love. There I allowed myself first of all a tasty cyclist and a half duck with red cabbage. I tell you, it was so delicious.
A little something about old love. The restaurant was founded in 1893 with the sports club there and has existed until today. The goodness with which the food is prepared there is really looking for its equal. Regional Bavarian cuisine is offered.
Very beautiful is also the outside area of the restaurant with a generous and comfortable beer garden.

Klingt sehr gut! Ich betreibe intuitives Bogenschießen schon seit einer ganzen Weile und es macht sehr viel Spaß und bringt Ruhe.

Das freut mich sehr für dich dass du eine neue Liebe entdeckt hast. Ich kann mir das echt gut vorstellen obwohl ich es noch nie gemacht habe. Du hast es aber wirklich so gut beschrieben dass man ein Stück weit dabei war. Liebe Grüße Michael
