Ich gucke doch keine Kriegsfilme, aber 1986 deutet für mich als alten Filmwissenschaftler (damals wirklich) auch auf den hier allseits benannten Streifen hin.
Rund um dieses Genre würd ich wohl nur "Füll Metal Jacket" erkennen.
