hahaha, wie sweeeet. dein atem is sehr rauschend, über den laptop rauscht es stark. kannste noch was an der vertonung machen? ich habs nur kurz angesehen. hab schon praktiziert. schön mit adho mukha angeleitet. der hund am morgen vertreibt kummer und sorgen hehehehehe
die anleitung geht unter dem atemrauscheton unter honey but its so nice and a great morning starter. gentle and soft. coffee now sis. huggies out

auf dem Fernseher hört man es nicht so, glaube ich... ich muss einfach aufhören so laut zu atmen, es ist leider automatisch, ich atme beim teachen immer so laut damit meine Schäfchen es nicht vergessen 😂
