Das Face2Face-Programm ermöglicht es, Gesichter digital auszutauschen. Die Idee ist nicht ganz neu, aber die Technik wurde von einer amerikanischen Universität scheinbar derart verbessert, dass es inzwischen täuschend echt wirkt.

Was wäre, wenn der Machtapparat diese Technik einsetzen würde, um Fake-News in der Form zu verbreiten, dass bspw. ein vom Establishment unerwünschtes Staatsoberhaupt (wie bspw. Vladimir Putin) in einer Nachrichtensendung den USA den Krieg erklären würde?
Wir sollten zukünftig noch wachsamer und kritischer sein, wenn uns die öffentliche Berichterstattung jetzt Beweise in Videoform vorlegt – Die Täuschung in Perfektion eröffnet viele neue Gefahrenpotentiale!
