    Ich meinte es so: Wäre die Sommerzeit permanent. Hätten die Bauarbeiter in den Wintermonaten erst zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr die Sonne für sich. Davor wäre es ziemlich dunkel und schummerig! Bei der Winterzeit (Normale Zeit) ist es früher heller. Hoffe es klärt alles auf :D.

    Vielleicht wollte er zuerst schreiben "hätten ... es hell zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr".

    Das wäre ja nur der Fall, wenn die Winterzeit = Normalzeit dauerhaft sein würde.

    Nein, bei Dauersommerzeit (Sonnenaufgang bei Normalzeit um Weihnachten je nach Breiten- und Längengrad zwischen ca. 8:15 und 9:15, bei Sommerzeit eine Stunde später, also ca. 9:15 bis 10:15)!
