heute ist ein schwarzer Tag, in meinen Augen, für die Netzfreiheit in Europa.
Mit 74 Stimmen Mehrheit nimmt das Europaparlament die Copyright Directive mit Artikel 11, 12 und 13 an.
Änderungsanträge wurden, zu dieser Urheberrechtsreform gar nicht erst zugelassen.
Jetzt heißt es abwarten was passiert. Die Länder haben 2 Jahre lang zeit nun diese EU-Richtlinie in Nationales recht einzuarbeiten. Ich denke, bei den Plattformen wird sich solange nichts ändern bis die genau wissen was passiert. Bin jetzt mal gespannt, wann raus ist, wer für was gestimmt hat, ist dann für den 26. Mai, zur Europawahl, sehr interessant.
Lass uns mal zu den spontan demos treffen und gemeinsam demonstrieren. Das unsere Bundesregierung sich dagegen entscheiden und Uploadfilter kippen.
