    Hallo @kizumo
    Das Essen war wunderbar, habe das Rezept noch etwas modifiziert. Den Käse habe ich weggelassen dafür die Spargeln in einer Bernaise Sauce mit Lachs ergänzt und so als Crepes Füllung verwendet.
    Die Gäste waren auf jeden Fall begeistert!
