Heute sind einige Meter zusammengekommen. Habe mir Actifit App wieder installiert und es spornt echt an sich doch mehr zu bewegen. Über Weihnachten ist die Aktivität na null gewesen und dazu noch das gute Essen, dass sich der Körper sehr freut über die Bewegung.
