Today I took a photo prior to "feeding" because I wanted to show you what it looks like. Sour dough is not for the faint of heart: if looks strange and if smells even more strange ;)
But I think I managed to get the right germs to live in this bowl, operation sour dough seems to be a success!

Heute gibt es einmal ein Foto vor dem Füttern und Umrühren. Ich wollte einmal zeigen wie das so aussieht. Sauerteig ist nichts für Weichlinge: es sieht merkwürdig aus und riecht noch merkwürdiger ;)
Aber ich denke es haben sich die richtigen Kulturen angesiedelt und das in der Schüssel wird ein richtiger Sauerteig!
