Der Befehl installiert ja auch den Apache Webserver.
Wird der existierende Apache überschrieben falls man schon einen installiert hat ?

    Wenn du die neuste Version von Apache (aus den Quellen deines Pi's) hast, wird einfach die Installation übersprungen, da du ihn bereits installiert hast. Ansonsten wird er aktualisiert.
