Das sieht mir nach einem richtigen Festessen aus.
Bei einem so reichen Angebot würde ich auch gleich ein Fest veranstalten!
Deine Bilder haben in mir auf jeden Fall den Hunger auf Spargeln ausgelöst, so dass ich gleich ein Bund des grünen Gemüses gekauft habe.
Und natürlich werde ich jetzt auch gleich dein Rezept der "Spargel Crepes" ausprobieren.
Man gönnt sich ja sonst nichts!
Aber ich denke in der heutigen Festnacht haben wir allen Grund, ja auch zu "Gaia's Ehren",
diesen Festschmaus uns zu gönnen. :-)

    Hallo @kizumo
    Das Essen war wunderbar, habe das Rezept noch etwas modifiziert. Den Käse habe ich weggelassen dafür die Spargeln in einer Bernaise Sauce mit Lachs ergänzt und so als Crepes Füllung verwendet.
    Die Gäste waren auf jeden Fall begeistert!
