Aber ich fühle mich zum Glück nicht ganz unnütz, schlag mich grad durch die Formelsammlung um Steem besser zu verstehen :)
(Ja es gibt auch nach Monaten intensiver Recherche und Programmierung immer noch ein paar Berechnungen über die ich bisher noch nicht gestolpert bin ;) )

Schöne Strecke seid ihr da gegangen. Die 25 km sind auch schon ein Viertel des Megamarschs. Für letzteren trainiere ich gerade übrigens, zumindest für den kleinen in Bremen - immerhin 50 km.

Find ich klasse dass du da so spontan bist und einfach so losmarschierst. Ich denke, deinen Hund hast du mit der Wanderung mindestens genau so glücklich gemacht wie deine Seele.
Ich habe gestern endlich mal wieder geschafft Rad zu fahren und das waren gerade mal 21 Km, aber die Auswirkungenen spüre ich heute hüftabwärts überall.

Das ist schon eine ordentliche Strecke fürn Anfang. Als ich meine allerersten 50 km auf dem Rennrad geradelt bin, hatte ich 4 Tage Schmerzen. Jetzt kann ich 150 am Stück fahren und am nächsten Tag nochmal. Also einfach mit wenig anfangen und langsam steigern. Der menschliche Körper passt sich den Herausforderungen an.

Wow 26 Kilometer, nicht schlecht. Der Pfad sieht echt idyllisch aus. Für mich gab es heute leider auch keine Faulitis, da ich arbeiten musste. Naja Dafür gibts morgen frei. Villeicht mache ich mich ja morgen genau so auf Tour wie du :-)
