So läuft das im deutschen Rechtssystem. Wenn man dem Richter Dr. Patrick Burow so zuhört, dann weiß man nicht was man denken soll. Ein Vertrauen in das deutsche Rechtssystem und dessen Umsetzung wird damit nicht gerade geschaffen.
Kein Wunder, daß er für sein Buch "Justiz am Abgrund - Ein Richter klagt an" zunächst keinen Verleger finden konnte.
Offenbarungseid der Justiz ist da schon stark untertrieben.
Ja, "Justitia" eben, aber das war auch schon immer so:).
