Gespart wird in Unternehmen und Haushalten. Ja klar. Deshalb, warum nicht auch als Staat? Ganz einfach. Weil eine BWL keine VWL ist. Denn wäre eine VWL eine BWL, dann hieße sie ja auch BWL und funktionierte so. Tut ... sie ... aber ... nicht!
