Aufstehen am späten Morgen, eine Dusche nehmen während der Wasserkocher das aus einer Naturquelle abgezapfte Wasser zum sieden bringt. Steige aus der Dusche, dreh mir eine Zigarette, gehe ans Dachfenster, lausch dem vögelndem Gezwitscher. Alles um mich rum in bester Ordnung, nur mein ich nicht. Zünd' ein Räucherstäbchen an mit Vanilleduft. Grüner Tee reguliert entspannen..
Das ist grüner Tee und Räucherstäbchenduft,
Wundermittel gegen ungewünschten Frust.
Die paar Minuten hol mal tief Luft
trink einen schluck und mit dem Frust ist jetzt schluss. Punkt
Den Luxus gönn ich mir mal jeden Tag.
