Ich paniere mein Schnitzel heute ohne Ei ...
Ok, ist ein kleiner Gag, der wahrscheinlich unlustig ist...
Ich brauchte aber dennoch ein Rezept zum Panieren ohne Ei, da meine Tochter eine Allergie gegen Hühnerei hatte (zum Glück hat sich das gegeben). Dazu nahm ich folgende zutaten:
- Öl
- Mehl
- Mandelmilch
- Salz
- Pfeffer
Zuerst werden 2 EL Mehl mit etwas Öl verrührt, so dass eine zähe Masse entsteht.
Diese verdünne ich dann mit Mandelmilch, so dass es in etwas die Konsistent hat, wie verrührtes Ei.
Anschließend noch etwas Salz und Pfeffer dazu und schon kann man sein Schnitzel wie gewohnt - nur eben vegan - panieren.
Viel Spaß beim Ausprobieren (oder auch nicht - ich habe das auch nur gemacht, weil es nicht anders ging)

Ich hasse es, wenn ich alte Leute sehe und dann feststelle, dass ich mit denen Abi gemacht habe.
