James Bond travels to Japan and is being rebuilt into a monstrous cyborg in the style of H.R.Giger.

M and Q can't help themselves.

The Joker is able to control Bond's brain.

Eventually 007 gets to interrogate Moneypenny, but she denies everything despite having joined The Propellerheads.
