The very first and possible annual DeVault Calendar Photo Contest for 2021 Calendar Year was announced today open to all community members. Contestants will have the opportunity to win DVT and also have their image featured in a DeVault calendar.
RULES:
Photo Submissions must be posted to this thread.
Only original photos are accepted for entry. Plagiarism is stickily forbidden, anybody caught submitting false photos will be immediately banned from the contest.
Again, DO NOT SUBMIT PHOTOS THAT YOU DID NOT TAKE, CREATE, OR OWN THE ARTISTIC COPYRIGHT TOO.
You must vote on 3 other photos for your entry to be declared a winner. If you do not vote on other entries your entries will not be accepted. If you have multiple entries you still only need to vote on 3 other submissions.
You may submit as many photos into the contest as you like but only one of your photos can be chosen. Be creative don’t saturate your submissions, only those who truly think outside the box will be rewarded.
Acceptable Types of Entries
*Real life photos of whatever you think might be interesting.
*Original digital art, especially DVT related art.
*A mixture of both, real life photos with DVT logos or other DVT related artwork.
There are no specific categories for submissions to follow, just find something you think is interesting and get us a shot that will put a wow on our faces. Including a title and description for your submission is highly recommended. If you would like to add a QR code to your image to receive additional tips from other community members you may do so. Don’t take up to much space! It is suggested that you keep the original photo for the actual calendar.In the unlikely event that less than 12 photos are submitted, generic photos related to Devault will be placed in the calendar such as versions of the DeVault logo.
How Are Winners Chosen? The 12 photos with the highest number of likes on this forum thread https://devaultchat.cc/t/devault-calendar-photo-competition/367 will be declared the winners. If you have multiple images in the top 12 your highest voted image will be selected. Any tie breakers will be decided by a 24hr vote on discord or some other fair method.

Photo Submissions end September 25, 2020
Winners will be declared on September 27, 2020.
All chosen Winners will receive a reward of 25,000 DVT each.
Submission period may be extended if enough entries are not submitted.
The calendar will be sold print on demand and most likely shipped worldwide. We are looking into various services and will have something ready by the time winners are declared. Remember your image WILL be used in the DeVault 2021 Calendar. No profits will be taken, all calendars will be sold At COST.
