steem master branch build is currently failing

STEEM git master branch build is currently failing on Uuuntu 16.04.

I created an issue at github https://github.com/steemit/steem/issues/200 #steemit with an accompanying Dockerfile for easy replication. https://gist.github.com/marsmensch/5d4f6d6c5ef410fd5481353b30b778f0
