Cryptocurrencies are coming mainstream! The price action of them can be extremely fast, and every minutes can be cost thousands of dollar if we are not following the prices. In my first stage I developed an application, which uses the cryptocompare api to get the historical price of the cryptos and showing the dollar price percentage change over the time.
The program created in R language and it uses the shiny package. It provides the web interface to the R programing language and the plot is also interactive, you can just select a small area and it will zoom in.
With my application you can watch the changes of cryptos in one chart. It can process several coins at the same time on the same plot.
As you can see stb is changed 1400% in th last month, while bitcoin "just" 107%
The application currently host by shinyapps.io where it can run just 30h per month.
