CONGRATULATIONS! We started doing keto about 2 years ago, and we are far from devout keto-ers, but it is, in my opinion and ny husbnad's, the most rational way to eat a healthy diet. I am retired medical assistant, he is an RN. This really is information that pharma is trying to keep away from people. They support "research" into "keto" diets where they feed mice a 10% reduction in carbs, or some nonsense that is NOT keto. Very glad you took a chance and earned great results!
