Diablo III Advice On Normal Rifts

Here is some advice on Diablo III Normal Rifts.

It is always best to complete a full clear in normal rifts when you are looking for gear.
It is even more important sense we are in Season 14 with all of the extra Goblin Spawn probabilities.

I am using my new 2 days old Hammerdin Mostly spect'd character.
Still working on the gear i need, but able to sweep pretty good on a tier 5 rift.
Not bad with what i have for gear.
